These terms govern your purchase and use of Platform Manager from [YOUR BUSINESS NAME]. By buying or using the product, you agree to them.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a purchase agreement to buy from this site.
What you're buying
Every plan (Trial Pass, Creator Pro, Business Done-With-You and Agency Pack) is a license to use the Platform Manager software — not a sale of the software itself. Your license is non-transferable, valid for one deployment/business, and does not include the right to resell, rebrand, sublicense, or redistribute the software. Full terms are in the Software License Agreement provided with your purchase.
The setup video guide, assisted setup and landing-page/funnel setup included in a plan are support materials/services for your own use with your own licensed copy — they don't grant any additional rights to the underlying software.
Trial Pass: a 14-day license that cannot be renewed. If you buy a paid plan within 14 days of the trial purchase using the same email, the trial fee is credited against it. One Trial Pass per email address. Agency Pack: includes five client license keys, each of which may be given to one of your own clients for a single deployment; the pack is the only exception to the no-resale rule above, and it does not permit you to distribute the software or create further keys.
Ongoing license fee
Each plan's purchase price is one-time, but keeping a paid license active requires a recurring payment — ₹45/month or ₹432 for 12 months on Creator Pro and Agency client keys, and ₹149/month or ₹1,430 for 12 months on Business — billed via a Razorpay payment link. This is a genuine ongoing cost of using the software, not a one-time fee — see our Pricing section and FAQ for how renewal works. A lapsed paid license keeps working for a 7-day grace period; a Trial Pass has none. There's no lock-in: you can let a renewal lapse at any time.
Earnings disclaimer
Any specific figures, timeframes, or outcomes mentioned on this site — including references to breaking even on day one, or setup taking 2–3 hours — describe what's possible for some buyers under favorable conditions. They are not typical results, targets, promises, or guarantees.
Your results depend on factors entirely outside our control: your content, your audience size and engagement, how you promote your launch, and market conditions. We do not guarantee any level of income, subscriber count, or return on your purchase.
Payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and processed via Razorpay. Business Done-With-You may be paid in two parts (a deposit at checkout and the balance when your platform is ready to go live). Renewal payments are billed separately as described above.

Acceptable use
You agree not to use Platform Manager for any unlawful purpose, and to comply with Telegram's own Terms of Service when operating any bots or groups through it. We are not responsible for actions Telegram or any other third-party platform takes against your account.
Limitation of liability
Platform Manager is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product, including lost income or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [YOUR CITY], India.
