Your data and the DPDP Act

India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act") gives you control over your personal data. ChannelForge Private Limited, which runs Platform Manager, handles your data under that law. The Act's Rules phase in their main duties by about May 2027. We follow them now. This page is the short version. The full detail is in our Privacy Notice.
Our promises
- We tell you first. Before we collect anything, we say what it is, why we need it and how long we keep it. See the table in our Privacy Notice.
- We take only what we need. Name and email to deliver your purchase. Nothing else is required to buy.
- We ask before we market. Follow-up emails and the Meta Pixel are optional. You can say no, and the site works the same.
- We never see your card or UPI details. Razorpay handles payments.
- We don't sell your data, and we share it only with the few companies that help us run the business (listed in the Privacy Notice).
- We delete what we no longer need, on a schedule. For example, details from an unfinished checkout are deleted after 90 days.
- We tell you if something goes wrong. If a breach affects you, we will tell you without delay and report it to the Data Protection Board of India.
- Adults only. Checkout asks you to confirm you are 18 or older.
Your rights, and how to use them

| Delete it | We delete it, except records the law makes us keep (such as accounting records), and those lose your name and email. |
| Take back your consent | Click unsubscribe, use Cookie settings, or email us. It is as easy to stop as it was to start. |
| Nominate someone | Name a person who can use these rights for you if you die or can't act for yourself. |
| Complain | Tell our Grievance Officer. If you're still not happy, you can go to the Data Protection Board of India. |
To use any of them: email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy request", from the email address you used with us. We confirm within 7 days and finish within 30 days. We may check that it's really you first, so your data never goes to the wrong person.
