Refund Policy

Because everything we sell is digital or a delivered service, our refund terms work differently from a physical product. Here's exactly where you stand for each purchase.

Trial Pass (₹499)

You can request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided your claim key has not yet been registered. Once a key is registered, the 14-day trial has started and it's no longer refundable. If you upgrade to a paid plan within 14 days of buying the trial, your ₹499 is credited in full against that plan (use the same email at checkout); a credit has no cash value and isn't refundable on its own.

Creator Pro (₹2,999)

You can request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided your license key has not yet been registered. Once a key is registered and activated, the license has been delivered and used, and it's no longer refundable. The setup video guide is included in this price and follows the same rule.

Business Done-With-You (₹6,999)

Fully refundable if you cancel before your scheduled setup call, including a deposit paid under the two-part option. Once the setup call has taken place, the assisted setup has been rendered and is non-refundable, regardless of outcome. If you paid in two parts, the remaining balance becomes due when your platform is ready to go live.

Agency Pack (₹9,999)

You can request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided none of the five client license keys has been registered. Once any key is registered, the pack has been delivered and used, and it's no longer refundable.

License renewals

Creator Pro and Agency client keys renew at ₹45/month or ₹432 for 12 months; Business renews at ₹149/month or ₹1,430 for 12 months. A renewal charge covers that period of active licensing and is non-refundable once processed, since it corresponds to a period of use rather than a delivered good. Days remaining on your license are kept when you renew early. You can stop future renewals at any time by simply not paying the next renewal link — there's no lock-in contract, and a lapsed paid license keeps working for a 7-day grace period.

What's never refundable

Change-of-mind requests after a license key has been activated, any purchase past the timeframes above, and dissatisfaction with income results — see our earnings disclaimer in the Terms & Conditions. We stand behind the software working as described; we can't guarantee what any individual buyer earns with it.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order email and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.
